About this event
Thirty-five black-and-white photographs of Rome, shot in the straight-photography tradition that Andreas Zacharatos has stuck with for eight books. The opening doubles as the launch of the matching monograph, with curator Jenny Lykourezou and invited speakers on the work. Ten days in an alternative art space rather than a commercial white cube.
Why we picked it
An opening-night vernissage on the first Friday of the window, free to walk into, at an independent Athens art space.
