The Netherlands Red Cross screens 10 Times 74, in which Sudanese photographer and filmmaker Hassan Kamil films his country through the people he meets — strength and community rather than only fear. A panel of Sudanese-Dutch activists, a Sudanese Red Crescent coordinator and a singer-songwriter then argue about who gets to narrate Sudan.
