A full day of Polish country baking on Krakowskie Przedmieście: sourdough and registered traditional breads, regional food stalls, milling and sękacz demonstrations, and hands-on bread, butter and croissant workshops. Folk ensembles Karniewiacy, Klekociaki and Dzikie Jabłka play through the afternoon, and from 18:30 a live-music dance party with two village bands closes the evening.
