Marcin Masecki, the restless pianist who has swung between Bach, silent-film scores and demolition-derby jazz, brings his Boleros project to the Old Town Market Square for an album premiere steeped in Latin American music. It is the kind of gently subversive programming that has kept this free festival interesting for three decades. Bring a jacket; the square cools fast after dark.
