Twenty-two years of graduation projects from the Estonian Academy of Arts' architecture and urban planning department, gathered in one room. It is effectively a slow-motion portrait of how Estonian architects have been taught to imagine their country since 2004 — and, read sideways, of the arguments Tallinn has had with itself about what to build.
