Sobre este evento
In its 200th anniversary year the Riga Latvian Society honours Juris Neikens — teacher, writer, pastor and the man who started the Latvian Song Festival tradition. Actress Anita Grūbe and composer-pianist Māris Lasmanis thread his poetry, prose and diaries through original songs and folk settings, sung by three choirs and baritone Imants Erdmans.
Por qué lo elegimos
Three choirs, an original score and the origin story of the Song Festival tradition — a big-occasion Latvian cultural evening that costs nothing.
