Eleven hours of Latvian craft stalls filling Dome Square on Riga's main birthday day: linen, amber, ceramics, woodwork, leather and honey from makers across the country. Browsing costs nothing and the square sits beside Riga Cathedral, making it the natural anchor point for a day spent in the Old Town.
