HARLEM WEEK's community health morning, named for the late civil-rights leader Hazel N. Dukes, is a walk rather than a race — pace yourself, bring the family, and use the health-promotion stalls along the way. It shares its start point and morning with the neighbourhood's 5K, so the streets around 135th Street are busy, loud and thoroughly encouraging.
