Before midtown wakes up properly, instructors from CK Chu Tai Chi lead an hour of slow form work on the Upper Terrace. It runs rain or shine, needs no equipment and no experience, and finishes in time for work. Only four Tuesdays remain before the season closes on 25 August, which makes it a timely thing to point readers at now.
