Raixa is the public estate on the Palma to Sóller road, an Italianate garden and manor the Consell opened to the public. For one Saturday it adds a children's story about water and why it matters, plus a live showcooking session on cooking with leftovers in the traditional Mallorcan way. Free, with a registration form on the event page.
