A three-day gastronomy festival in the terraced gardens below Buda Castle, gathering regional cooking and producers from across the Carpathian Basin. The Country Cake and the Saint Stephen's bread are the traditional centrepieces. Entry to the site is free as part of the national holiday programme; food and drink are bought from the stalls.
