Mere Culture Centre gives its whole building over to International Music Day, starting mid-morning and running through the day — the Estonian title translates as "a house full of music". Expect performances spilling between rooms rather than one stage and one support act. It is a neighbourhood culture house rather than a concert hall, which is precisely the appeal. Admission is free.
