A flowing Vinyasa class held on the lawn of a waterfront sculpture park, with large-scale contemporary artworks scattered around you and the Manhattan skyline across the East River. Astoria Yoga instructors pitch the class at all experience levels; you need only a mat or a towel. Stay afterwards for the park's rotating outdoor exhibitions, which are also free.
