Halloween done park-style rather than mall-style. Randall's Island Park Alliance fills the White Garden with themed activities, crafts, music and treats, and the whole thing runs on costumes — come dressed and join the dancing. An outdoor alternative to apartment-building trick-or-treating, with room for small children to actually run around.
