The second annual park jam from Doug E. Fresh and Funkmaster Flex returns to the Bronx with the Cold Crush Brothers, T-Ski and Keni Burke among the names on the bill. This is hip-hop staged the way it began, in a public park with a sound system and no door charge, and the lineup leans hard on the pioneers rather than the chart.
