À propos de cet événement
The 59th edition of the museum's literary translation colloquium presents Liana Sakelliou's trilingual collection În Primul Paradis / This Side of Eden. The Athens-based poet appears with diplomat-poet Nikos Vlahakis, moderated by Peter Sragher, and the evening mixes a working discussion of translation's difficulties with readings of the same poems in Greek, Romanian and English.
Pourquoi nous l'avons choisi
Hearing one poem land three times in three languages is the sort of thing a translation series does that nothing else does.
