À propos de cet événement

Ochi Day is one of a handful of dates written into Greek law as a free-admission day for state museums and archaeological sites. The National Archaeological Museum lists it on its own visitor page, alongside Melina Mercouri's memorial day and International Museums Day. Athens' single best free cultural day of the autumn: walk into the country's greatest antiquities collection without paying, on a Wednesday.

Pourquoi nous l'avons choisi

The biggest free cultural date in the Athens October calendar, confirmed on the venue's own page rather than inferred from a holiday.

Entrée gratuite

Free admission confirmed on the National Archaeological Museum's own visitor page, which lists 28 Οκτωβρίου among its free-entry days. The statutory list also covers 6 March, 18 April, 18 May and the last weekend of September. Applies to state-owned museums and sites; privately run museums are not covered and set their own policy.
