The Sofia Wind Orchestra plays open-air in Druzhba Park on Thursday evenings through July, part of Sofia Municipality's summer programme. The repertoire runs from marches and light classics to film and popular arrangements, conducted in rotation by Vasil Deliev and Yuli Damyanov. It is an unpretentious neighbourhood concert, well attended by local families, with people bringing their own chairs and blankets.
