On Friday evenings the stalls of Kvaternik Square market are handed to some of Croatia's best-known chefs, who cook signature dishes from produce bought that day at the market itself. The project turns a working neighbourhood market into a social hub after dark, celebrating local growers, Zagreb's market culture and contemporary Croatian cooking in equal measure.
