About this event
The night before Riga's official birthday, Town Hall Square in front of the House of the Blackheads becomes an open-air electronic music venue until one in the morning. It is the late-night hinge between the neighbourhood festivals earlier in the month and the main celebrations that fill the embankment and the Old Town the following day.
