Helsinki's volunteer-built street festival takes over the Kallio district for ten hours across nine stages, from a rap stage and a drum-and-bass corner to rooftop and courtyard setups. It is deliberately non-commercial, built by locals to celebrate the neighbourhood's culture with the city, and free from start to finish — the closest thing Helsinki has to a grassroots block party at scale.
